created a larger screen area similar to SnagIT, therefore bigger fonts - so the words are clearer. 1680x1050 created a smaller file but most importantly it created a smaller screen area, therefore smaller fonts - so the words are harder to see. Ok, then I will assume that you want me to save to mkv format. OBS-Studio: High quality recording and multiple Audio Tracks :įor testing purposes, I tried to video record a stationary Excel sheet. I was trying out the configuration wizard – I selected "do not optimize for streaming as I am not streaming my video:" I have good luck with SnagIt but OBS seems really hard to configure to make the final recording in mp4 as good as SnagIT. I just want to record a Zoom meeting where excel and programming scripts with small fonts are displayed.
